The founders of MarHill Care services have combined relevant experience of over 50 years working with young people. They endeavour to provide the most unique service where Young People are fully immersed in an environment that takes them form a position of vulnerability to a confident peer/role model.
Meet Hilary
Hilary Hodis is responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of MarHill Care Services. Hilary is an emblematic figure in the community. As a renowned Educator, she has successfully founded Aitch Gee Training. Hilary Hodis has over 25 years’ experience in further and community education and is known for her success in supporting vulnerable young people and adults towards achievement. Hilary is also involved in supporting vulnerable people to start their own businesses and has designed and delivered initiatives to offenders within prison context to promote employment on release. Hilary is determined to use her expertise and skills in supporting and encouraging young people towards rehabilitation by engaging in meaningful education and training.
Meet Marlon
Marlon is a Specialist Support Manager with over 14 years’ experience working successfully with challenging young people. Prior to this, he worked for the Metropolitan Police Service and as officiated as a youth mentor in the prison service as well as the community. Also, Marlon is a qualified trainer and has contributed to delivering courses to offenders facilitating reinsertion. Marlon is an expert in the management of challenging behaviours, de-escalation and restorative practice techniques, and mental health awareness. Marlon is a firm believer of providing a quality of service that builds on and enhances delivery to enable better engagement of service users.
